CBT Introductory Training at the Oxford Centre for Cognitive Therapy

Mindfulness Training (8 week course in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy - MBCT). In February 2015 I attended a 7 day professional Mindfulness Teacher Training Retreat with the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, University of Bangor, focussing on the teaching of both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and MBCT to a variety of client groups.
