I will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the required service to be provided to you

If we agree to engage in counselling of any kind, all data will be retained for three years after the ending of the counselling

Your contact details and dates of appointments only will be kept for six years

All retained personal data is subject to the controls of my data protection policy and will be securely disposed of when the nominated time has passed.


Can you request to see what information I hold on you?

You may make a written request, using the contact details provided following your initial contact or via the contact form on this website, to see your records at any time, to correct any incorrect data or to request that your data is transferred to another practitioner

You may withdraw your consent for information to be kept by making a written statement to this effect, using the contact details provided following initial contact or using the contact form on this website

You can request that I change any information that I hold about you that is incorrect
