I will not use your personal information for any other purposes. Should any reason arise where I might wish to use your personal information other than for the reasons stated above, I will contact you to ask your consent before doing so.

I make every effort to ensure that your personal information is held securely and to safeguard against unauthorised access to this information. Unfortunately no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. I strive to protect your personal information after I have received it, however you acknowledge that the privacy of your communications and personal information can never be completely guaranteed when it is being transmitted.
How long will I keep your personal data?
I will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the required service to be provided to you. If we agree to engage in counselling of any kind, all data will be retained for three years after the ending of the counselling. Your contact details and dates of appointments only will be kept for six years. All retained personal data is subject to the controls of my data protection policy and will be securely disposed of when the nominated time has passed.
Can you request to see what information I hold on you?
You may make a written request, using the contact details provided following your initial contact or via the contact form on this website, to see your records at any time, to correct any incorrect data or to request that your data is transferred to another practitioner.
